Midnight 12a.m ~ 1a.m: at the latest bed time.
Morning 9a.m ~ 11a.m: golden period for study.
Noon 12p.m ~ 1p.m: noontime snooze.
Afternoon 2p.m ~ 3p.m: creative period. (Enjoy in Sudoku, hidden object game, puzzle, and etc)
Afternoon 4p.m ~ 5p.m: low tide period so eat some fruit or take a walk.
Afternoon 5p.m ~ 6p.m: relaxing period or dinner time.
Evening 7p.m ~ 8p.m: take a walk or take a bath.
Night 8p.m ~ 10p.m: revision period.
Night 11p.m ~ 12a.m: prepare to sleep.
