PUBLIC VERSUS PRIVATE HIGHER EDUCATION IN MALAYSIA
public versus private higher education in malaysia
The private higher education sector is now recognised as a strong contributor towards meeting Malaysia’s need for human resources. At the same time the expectation on public institutions of higher education to be the engine of innovation and creativity is rising. Quality and value for money are two issues among the many emerging issues relating to the transformation of Malaysian higher education system.
On the other hand the public sector used to have less pressure in financing their operation and could focus on providing quality education but the private sector need to be concerned in both ways. So it is really hard for public to decide which sector should they enter, is it high value of fee will give the better level for knowledge? Or low value of fee will be the better for quality provided?

World Hunger Relief 2009
It’s amazing what a little act of kindness can do.
Today when I order my lunch at KFC, the waiter appeals this World Hunger Relief 2009 program to me. A tiny booklet that full of cute little kids’ face will be given when we donate RM 2 for purchase.
P.S: You can find the details information from www.fromhungertohope.com

Have fasting together with my Malay roommate.
Today I try to fasting with my Malay roommate. Why I acting like this? Actually before this I’m curious on what the feeling if someone didn’t drink and eat from about 4.50 a.m until around 6.30 p.m. My friend asks me try to fasting with her so I take this opportunity to test myself.
First at the moment when I start fasting I feel that it was too hard for me. I can stay whole day without foods but I can’t stay without water. In front of me there is a lot of water but I can’t drink them. I feel I lost my energy to study cause in my mind just full of water words and yet I feel sleepy too…How come my roommate can stay fasting for one month and I even can’t stay it for a day…
We break our fasting together at 1 Borneo; we ate Sushi in “Sushi King” restaurant, I ate a lot for today. That’s great for me to have this fasting experience and I still willing to try it too--^-^
